My wife and I don’t have any family or friends that have solar panels so we had to do a lot of research on our own. 816Solarpro has been a great partner to inform us, get us set up, and get us up and running to generate and provide solar power to the grid. We had a recent setback when squirrels made our solar panels their home and basically took them off-line when they ate the hardware. 816Solarpro worked with us to get rid of the squirrels and get us back online. The actual installation was very easy and the installers were very professional and listened to my concerns. Very satisfied with our installation. Sure it took some time to get all of the approvals from the City I live in and from my power company and getting permits and the building plans. But after that it was installed in just one day. The crew showed up and handled business. They were awesome answering the questions we had. They did a great job on the installation. This company is, by far, the most responsive company I’ve ever dealt with. When an issue comes up, they respond quickly. They even responded to an email on Sunday. Their technicians are willing to answer questions and explain things in a manner that’s easy to understand.
